After the recent acquisitions of Ave Technologies (bottling and packaging) and Gimar (vinifiers and tanks), and the opening of two branches abroad in Australia and the US, Della Toffola Group is pursuing its course of integration and partnerships with other businesses.

In December 2011, the Priamo Food Technologies company started to operate, manufacturing  machines and systems (including turnkey solutions) for the dairy sector, for the production of mature and fresh cheeses, yoghurts and other milk products.
The technologies that this company manufactures are also widely applied in other processes in the foodstuffs, beverages, and chemical-pharmaceutical industries.
This new company stems from the experience gained by Priamo srl, a business already much appreciated and well known since the 1990s (on an international scale too) for its milk processing and cheese-making systems.
Now that the Della Toffola Group has joined the company, Priamo Food Technologies can rely on an effective and far-reaching commercial organization that will enable it to expand its activities to markets that it previously had not reached.
