Cantine Riunite - Omnia 170

A new OMNIA N 170 filter for the increased recovery of wine from the processing lees will be delivered to Cantine Riunite & CIV, and specifically, their productive unit in Campegine (RE), in mid-November. This type of ceramic membrane crossflow filter is ideal for the filtration of less and products of any kind with any degree of suspended solids, and combines the highest clarity with maximum product recovery.
Specialized in local sparkling wines, such as Lambrusco, Pignoletto, and Prosecco, Cantine Riunite & CIV is one of the leading wine producers in Italy, serving both the domestic and international markets.
This latest delivery follows recent supplies of Omnia N 170 Crossflow filters now operating at the plant in Campagnola (RE) and at the Gruppo Italiano Vini Fontana Candida Frascati winery.
Recent acquisitions that include a pressing system with three PFC 350 presses by Cantine Maschio in Visnà di Vazzola and one PFC 160 press by the Gruppo Italiano Vini Lamberti company have further consolidated our relationship with Cantine Riunite & CIV on the basis of trust and the continuous pursuit of quality by which we are distinguished.
